& LATE POLICY Please respect your scheduled appointment time. Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and arriving on time helps keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone. 15-MINUTE GRACE PERIOD A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled, as there may not be enough time to complete the service properly. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis. LATE CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee, depending on the circumstances. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW Appointments missed without any notice may be subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. REPEATED MISSED APPOINTMENTS I understand that things happen and things can come up unexpectedly. Each situation will be considered individually. However, repeated late cancellations, excessive lateness, or missed appointments may result in a deposit being required for future appointments or the inability to book future appointments.
